Kensington Solutions was founded on a straightforward observation: the legal profession is full of talented attorneys carrying an enormous administrative and procedural burden - work that demands expertise, but doesn’t require a licensed practitioner to complete it. That gap is where we were built to operate.

After 11 years working within a government agency on complex administrative litigation matters, it became clear that the attorneys who performed best were those supported by a paralegal who truly understood the litigation process - not just the paperwork, but the strategy, the pressure, and the stakes behind every filing.

We launched as a freelance practice to give solo attorneys and boutique firms access to that same senior-level support - flexible, cost-effective, and without the compromise on quality.
